Aug 18 - This morning I was Mommy's little helper. Mommy had some laundry to put away so I helped by watching a couple of clothes to make sure they didn't get lost. I actually enjoyed myself cause I was in a different room with whole new surroundings. I also had the doggies to keep me company. I also found one of the doggie's bones on the floor and thought it was really cool but Mommy took it away from me and told me it wasn't for me.
Then we got ready for the dump and group. We got to the hospital and saw a bunch of my friends: Eleanor, James, Lincoln, and Aidan. I crawled all over the room trying out everyone else's blanket. I like all the different colors and textures. Everyone made a big deal about me crawling now. They were so impressed. One of the new mom's to the group has a 7 mo old but he is much bigger than me. His name is AJ. He isn't moving yet and his mom said maybe I could teach him. When I got weighed I was 15lbs 2.2oz.

When we got home it was time for carrots. I ate my carrots like a good boy. After I finished eating Mommy gave me a plastic spoon and a few toys to play with in my high chair. I had a good time banging my spoon and talking while Mommy cooked dinner.
I stayed awake for Daddy and after he took a quick shower he played with me on the floor for a few minutes. We were playing around and I crawled over to Mommy and used her to get up on my knees while holding her leg. Daddy and Mommy looked at each other and said "uh-oh". Now I have a new goal...standing.
