Big helper

June 30 - This morning that nice lady Bridget came over to help Mommy clean the house. I like her, she is funny. Mommy was able to get a bunch of housework done too. And she said that I helped! There was a ton of trash that she had to get ready for the dump from the cookout and she took me outside and put me in the bumbo seat as she gathered it all. I sat there so quietly watching her and the trees and listening to the birds. Mommy was very proud of what a good boy I was. Then, right before we left Daddy came home early and got to hug me for a few minutes. Mommy and I headed to the dump and I was asleep in the van in no time.

When I woke up, we were already at the hospital for group. Mommy carried me in and I got to see all my friends: James, Sam, Eleanor, and Nathan. When I got weighed I was 13lbs 15.4oz. Just another 7.2oz to reach double my birth weight. I also showed off a lot by rolling over a lot and doing my pushups. Sam can sit up on his own now. I will be able to do that is just a few weeks.

After group we came home and Daddy was lying on the couch and Mommy put me down next to him. Daddy and I had a guy's night while Mommy went out to a movie with Aunt Lynn. I did cry a bit cause I was tired and wanted Mommy, sorry Daddy. I was still awake when Mommy got home and she calmed me and told me I was up past my bedtime. Shortly after that I was asleep.
