Happy Anniversary

July 7 - Happy Anniversary to Mommy and Daddy! Today they have been married for 3 years and are just as happy as they can be, I can tell. We started the day off by going to IHOP for breakfast. Mommy sat my car seat carrier at the booth so that I could be a grown up and see everything. And boy oh boy did I see some good stuff! They ordered steak, pancakes, eggs, and hashbrowns! It looked yummy. After breakfast we went to a couple of stores and then back home. I napped for a little bit and then it was time to go to group.

Mommy and I were the first ones at group. I weighed in at 14lbs 0.6oz. Mommy was very happy. Then I did something pretty cool. I wowed everyone. As I was laying on the floor on my belly I did a push up but then lifted my lower half too as I went up on my tippy toes! I was actually up on all fours for a couple of seconds and then scooted backwards. I did this twice. Betty was really impressed. Then I ate and played a bit with Elenore and Nathan.

Then it was back to the house to nap and play a little bit before Aunt Lynn came over. Aunt Lynn came over to play with me so Mommy and Daddy could have a date night. I could tell Mommy didn't really want to leave me but I know that I was in good hands. So I kissed Mommy goodbye.

Aunt Lynn and I played and watched tv. She gave me a bottle. We just had a genuinely good time and I was extra giggly with her. Then I got really tired and crashed early... 7:30pm early. I hope Mommy and Daddy had a good time on their date.
