Jan 4 - Today started with kind of a mad dash. When I woke up there was just enough time to get me dressed, fed, and Mommy dressed before rushing out the door to make it for story time. We got there just before Ms. Judy, the librarian, was closing the door. Phew!
Sam, Noah, and Caylee where all inside waiting for me. Since it had been awhile since we had been to story time, I had to get my bearings so I stayed in Mommy's lap the whole time. Sam had a good time walking around during story time. He is getting really good at walking. Noah acted shy and stayed close to his mommy too. As soon as it ended I hopped out of Mommy's lap and crawled out the door. Mommy had to catch up. Caylee, Noah and I hung out and played for a while. Noah opened his present from Mommy and me. He really liked it. So did Caylee. So did a lot of the other kids waiting for their story time to start. I'm glad he liked it.
After we said goodbye to Caylee and Noah, Mommy and I stopped by the pool. Aunt Lynn had told Mommy about a water aerobics class that she signed up for that starts tonight so Mommy decided to sign up too. Then we went home. I took a nap for a few hours and then woke up ready to play. Daddy got home from work and worked on putting together his computer. He was really excited about that and I was very interested to see what he was doing.
It got time for Mommy to leave to go to her class. She packed her pool stuff and gave me a kiss. After she left I got sad. Daddy tried to make me feel better by making funny faces at me. We practiced our head shaking that Daddy taught me. We just acted silly.
When Mommy got home she fed me. I was starving and gulped down a bunch of food. Then it was time for bed.
